Oleg Valiev

Oleg Valiev is from Aravan located in the Osh Oblast in southern Kyrgyzstan. He was one of the lucky FSA students in that he got to spend one year in Paradise. Honolulu, Hawaii. Oleg Valiev is currently attending the American University in Kyrgyzstan studying business administration.
